Only very rich people in the history of gout have been able to eat it. This is why gout used to be called “the king’s disease”.
But in modern times, almost anyone can indulge in “rich” fat and alcohol.

Persistent pain – mild pain lasts days or weeks.
3. Inflammation – affected joints become swollen, red, and tender.
If the underlying gout is not treated, gout is not taken, and subsequent attacks may affect more joints and last longer.
How to prevent gout naturally
Dr Choi’s research suggests that not all purinable foods cause gout attacks. For example, high purine plant foods do not increase risk.
Even asparagus, beans, peas, spinach and broccoli have high levels of purine, and those who eat them are not affected.
Find chicken, cereal, fruits and vegetables without risk.
Two servings of low-fat dairy products daily can reduce gout by 50%.
Drink 8 to 16 cups of healthy liquid, especially water, rinse the uric acid in your body. But alcohol is the main cause of emergencies.
There was no difference in the amount of protein in the diet.
The harvard researchers found that the best overall diet to prevent gout and gout is a good heart-healthy diet.
In addition, it is important to maintain a healthy weight because of the high levels of uric acid and stress in the joints. But severe dieting, fasting and low-carb diets, high fat meat, raise uric acid levels.
